The location of the hotel is marvelous, not far from the airport and riverfront, with an airport shuttle available. We had a very nice experience at the newly remodeled hotel. The room was great-sized and had pillows of various levels of firmness to choose from. The jacuzzi and microwave in the room were a nice touch.

It is a Hampton, and was as we have come to expect from Hampton.

The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice. The 12:00 checkout was great!

A little further from eating places. The hot foods for breakfast were not very tasty. The drinks appeared to have a very watered down taste.

The location was marvelous and fantastic - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed that the hotel was a 13-minute drive from the airport.

The woman at the counter handled and resolved my problem as much as she could.

When a person checks in and has a reservation that was made online, the person behind the counter should check with them to make sure of what they asked for online. I didn't know until coming back at 12am that I had the wrong room.

Stacy checked us in and was an amazing asset to the hotel and our experience. We appreciated her friendliness and helpfulness after a stressful drive. The room was nice (liked the good-sized fridge) and the bathroom was large. The shuttle to the airport was invaluable...CVG parking was crazy, so it was nice being dropped off and picked up. And finally, the breakfast was great...nice to have one that offers a hot meal that included more than the standard carb fare. All in all, if we're heading to the the CVG, we'll be staying at the Hampton Inn.

The room was spacious and had a jacuzzi. The breakfast selection included delicious cereals, cookies, yogurt, eggs, and cheese. The location was excellent, near Fast Park, the airport, restaurants, and stores. Quick check-in and smooth check-out made the stay enjoyable.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

When booking I was not made aware that the Hotel was under construction. The pool, hot tub, and gym were under construction and out of order. No near by places to eat, would have to drive several miles to get somewhere often requiring that you got back on the highway.

I loved the room! It was very spacious and the spa tub was to die for. Defiantly the relaxation I was looking for.

We had a pleasant time at this hotel in Hebron. the personnel were genuinely helpful and professional, doing their best to assist. Our king room was air-conditioned with a mini-fridge and Jacuzzi tub, and there were pillows of various firmness levels to choose from. the location was convenient, with fast parking available just down the street.

Very clean, tasty breakfast, and really liked having enough fresh towels every day.

I had requested non smoking room, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff changed us to a different room, but were clearly annoyed.

The staff here were super friendly - I'll definitely be back! 🌟 The building is really nice and clean, plus it's in a great spot near the airport.

The hotel was easy to get to and was very clean and modern. The pool area was nice as well. Quiet too.

Only restaurant really close was at the next hotel. The workout equipment needed some updating and the rooms AC unit didn't work.

Wonderful and ideal hotel, very amiable staff, loved ideal location close to CVG airport, restaurants and shopping and the museums. The room I booked was not kept clean and available with the pull out bed, Jacuzzi tub and microwave. I had a pleasant weekend and would stay here again.
